Stains from coffee, wine, tea, soy sauce, berries, and numerous other dark foods can potentially settle into your enamel, causing them to yellow over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You could always try cutting these foods out of your diet, but you can also try professional teeth whitening treatment. Using a bleaching solution, your dentist can give you a smile up to eight shades whiter within a single appointment!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Age<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A lot of the time people focus on yellowing due to lifestyle choices, but discoloration isn\u2019t always someone\u2019s fault. As people age, their enamel starts to thin, which can expose some of the darker layers of the tooth underneath. The best thing you can do is to try and quit or cut back.
